Diagnostic-led · Identity-level advisory · Built for nonlinear minds
Elizabeth Reece is a strategic advisor and workplace consultant for high-capacity thinkers — overqualified for simple answers, ready for work that uses who they actually are.
You have achieved what most people only dream of — a brilliant career, a comfortable life, wins that look impressive on paper. Yet a quiet restlessness whispers that your most authentic life is still waiting. If you feel successful but unfulfilled, you may be a Golden Cage Creator.

Golden Cage Creators are masters of design and achievement, but success itself has become the trap. The checklist is complete, yet emptiness remains.
This is not a problem with ambition. It is a sign that you are ready to create something new — built outward from what is actually true about you.
Book your free discovery call"She built outward from what was actually true about me and found the structure inside it. That's a fundamentally different thing."
The work
Elizabeth works at the identity level — where the question is not what to do next, but who you are in this context and what that makes possible.
The work is diagnostic, relational, and built from what is actually true about you — not a simplified version designed to be easier to sell.
She sees structural connections across psychology, organisational behaviour, identity, and career strategy that most practitioners treat as separate domains. She does not apply methodology — she constructs something specific to the person in front of her.
"The result is not a polished version of who you should be, but a clearer account of who you actually are."

About Elizabeth
For two decades Elizabeth designed wayfinding systems and workplaces for organisations including Google, HSBC, and PwC — creating strategies and environments that looked like success on paper.
What she discovered was that many high-achievers were quietly unfulfilled, trapped in their own Golden Cages. That realisation changed her path.
Now Elizabeth applies the same expertise in wayfinding to people. She built the Radical Flourishing Framework because she needed it herself — and that origin makes it honest in a way most frameworks are not. As a coach, consultant, and author, she blends business insight, Positive Psychology, and lived experience with the kind of nonlinear intelligence she works with professionally.
How others describe the work
What people say when asked to introduce Elizabeth to someone who has never heard of her.
"Elizabeth Reece is someone I describe as a cartographer of complex minds — she maps territory that most people can't see clearly enough to navigate. She's one of a small number of people I refer to without hesitation when the problem is identity-level."Industry Peer, 3+ years — Anonymous
"She doesn't flatten complexity to make it easier to work with. Most coaches push toward a simplified personal brand. Elizabeth does the opposite — she builds outward from what's actually true about you and finds the structure inside it."Former Client — Anonymous
"It has only been just short of five months since I started this life-changing journey with Elizabeth and I still have to pinch myself to make sure it's real. I am facing my fears and resentments head on. I have goals and ambitions to work towards and life is good. It's even having a positive impact on the people around me."S Higgins — Client
My Book
Elizabeth's debut novel and Amazon bestseller. It weaves story and psychology to explore what it means to live authentically and escape the Golden Cage — drawing on the same understanding of nonlinear intelligence that shapes her coaching work.

Who do you work with?
Polymaths, high-capacity thinkers, founders, and senior professionals whose intelligence doesn't fit standard frameworks. People who are successful on paper but structurally misaligned with how they work or present themselves.
Is this coaching or consulting?
Neither, exactly. Elizabeth works as a strategic advisor — at the identity level, where the question is not what to do next, but who you are in this context. She holds EMCC, ICF, and MSc credentials but the work often goes beyond traditional coaching.
What is the Radical Flourishing Framework?
An original approach to identity integration and professional repositioning, built from first principles because Elizabeth needed it herself. It maps structural connections across psychology, organisational behaviour, identity, and career strategy.
Where are you based? Do you work online?
Elizabeth is based in Southwest France and works with clients globally online. In-person writing workshops and retreats are held in Southwest France.
What makes your approach different?
Elizabeth constructs something specific to the person in front of her — not a template applied to everyone. Clients consistently describe the result as a clearer account of who they actually are, not a better version of who they should be.

Identity & Achievement
In positive psychology, the gap between achievement and fulfilment has a structure. Understanding it changes how you approach the next chapter.
Coaching & Method
"Pure Coach" is a term chosen to avoid confusion — about what coaching is, what it isn't, and what kind of work actually produces lasting change.
Process & Change
A different way of thinking about the roles we play and how to prepare for the next act — especially when the script no longer fits.
